AlN ceramichas has a high thermal conductivity, but dielectric constants and dielectric losses can not meet the requirements of high-power microwave output window.<br>H-BN ceramics have a low dielectric constant and dielectric loss, and the introduction of part of h-BN into AlN ceramics is expected to produce materials that meet the requirements of high-power microwave output windows.<br>In this paper, CaF2 and YF3 are sintered additives, and the hot-pressure sintering process prepares h-BN/AlN complex ceramics, and explores the effects of sintering temperature, sintering aid dosage, insulation time and pressure system.
