Inspired by “The Origin of Species”, I was deeply attracted to how life forms changed to adapt to the environment over the past billions of years. However, this passion was not simply confined for how changes took place, I started to envisage the role of humans in an evolutionary scale by questioning natural selection. That led me to investigate how humans can have such an enormous impact on the natural environment. To start solving this question, I first needed to understand how humans solve their internal problems brought by our complicated social system.
