The biochemical treatment system of MBR consists of water distribution well, hydrolysis tank, aeration tank, MBR membrane tank and its supporting facilities.<br>(1) Distribution well. A water distribution well is set in front of the hydrolysis tank to collect the water from the front-end treatment and a small amount of domestic sewage, where it is mixed with the sludge returned from the membrane biological reaction. After mixing, the water is evenly distributed to the membrane biological reaction hydrolysis tank.<br>(2) Hydrolysis tank. Under the action of facultative bacteria, the main function of hydrolysis tank is to hydrolyze some macromolecules and long-chain organic substances in sewage into small molecules and short-chain organic substances which are easy to be biochemical, so as to improve the biodegradability of sewage. A submersible mixer is set in the tank to make the sewage and the sludge return from the membrane bioreactor in a suspended state, which is conducive to the effective hydrolysis process. The effluent from hydrolysis tank flows into aeration tank.<br>
