The membrane biological reaction biochemical treatment system consists of water distribution wells, hydrolysis tanks, aeration tanks, membrane biological reaction membrane tanks and supporting facilities. <br>(1) Distribution well. A water distribution well is set in front of the hydrolysis tank to collect the front-end treatment water and a small amount of domestic sewage, and complete the mixing with the membrane biological reaction return sludge, and then evenly distribute the water to the membrane biological reaction hydrolysis tank. <br>(2) Hydrolysis tank. The main function of the hydrolysis tank is to hydrolyze part of the large molecules and long-chain organic substances in the sewage into small molecules and short-chain organic substances that are easy to biochemically under the action of facultative bacteria, thereby improving the biodegradability of the sewage. A submersible mixer is installed in the tank to make the sewage and the return sludge of the membrane bioreactor membrane in a suspended state, which is conducive to the effective progress of the hydrolysis process. The effluent from the hydrolysis tank flows into the aeration tank by itself.

Membrane bioreactive biochemical treatment system consists of water distribution well, hydrolysis pool, aeration pool, membrane bioreactive membrane pool and its supporting facilities.<br>(1) Water distribution wells. The water distribution well is set up in front of the hydrolysis pool to collect the front-end treated water and a small amount of domestic sewage, and here the mixing with membrane bioreactive reflux sludge is completed, and the water is evenly distributed to the membrane bioreactive hydrolysis pool after mixing.<br>(2) Hydrolysis pool. The main function of hydrolysis pool is to hydrolyse some large molecules and long-chain organic matter in sewage into small molecules and short-chain organic matter which are easy to biochemical, so as to improve the biochemicality of sewage. A diving mixer is set up in the pool to suspend the reflux sludge of the sewage and membrane bioreactive membrane pool, which is conducive to the effective conduct of the hydrolysis process. The hydrolysis tank flows from the water into the aeration tank.

The biochemical treatment system of MBR consists of water distribution well, hydrolysis tank, aeration tank, MBR membrane tank and its supporting facilities.<br>(1) Distribution well. A water distribution well is set in front of the hydrolysis tank to collect the water from the front-end treatment and a small amount of domestic sewage, where it is mixed with the sludge returned from the membrane biological reaction. After mixing, the water is evenly distributed to the membrane biological reaction hydrolysis tank.<br>(2) Hydrolysis tank. Under the action of facultative bacteria, the main function of hydrolysis tank is to hydrolyze some macromolecules and long-chain organic substances in sewage into small molecules and short-chain organic substances which are easy to be biochemical, so as to improve the biodegradability of sewage. A submersible mixer is set in the tank to make the sewage and the sludge return from the membrane bioreactor in a suspended state, which is conducive to the effective hydrolysis process. The effluent from hydrolysis tank flows into aeration tank.<br>
