（1）张欢是护理学院的教师，目前是博士生，接受了科学研究的训练，曾获得过CMB的资助并负责护理学院的CMB项目管理工作<br>（2）Co-PI赵红、吴丽萍长期从事妇产科护理和妇女保健的教学、研究。赵红近年一直从事母乳喂养的相关研究，看展了共同养育的横断面调查和初步的干预性研究，为本研究打下了基础。2018年参加UNICEF在青海大通县的母乳喂养社会网络调查研究。<br>（3）Co-PI张庆宁从事社会学专业的研究，将社会学的理论和研究方法用于医学领域，先后参加过艾滋病防控、母乳喂养的研究。<br>（4）团队成员赵徽、曹琳琳、蔡苏皖是IBCLC，长期从事母乳喂养咨询。对母乳喂养的现状、乳母的问题和需求、社会支持状现状比较了解。
