我在项目中是项目经理角色，项目的目标是在2017年12月31日前完成项目的住宅交付备案。我在项目启动阶段按照项目合同目标同公司总部签订目标责任书，并组建项目管理团队。根据项目合同目标对项目的各个部门进行合同目标的分工。并针对交付目标编制整个工程的施工计划。在此基础上编制材料采购计划、成本控制计划、质量控制计划、安全控制计划、资源配置计划等。
