As can be seen from the figure, the droplet size of the fine emulsion prepared by the high-speed disperser is too large, the size of the microlotteromy droplet prepared by the ultrasonic cell crusher and IS-RPB is not much different, and the average droplet size measured by DLS can also be seen, 54.6 nm and 56.6 nm, as shown in Table 6.1, respectively. The dispersion coefficient PdI is about 0.26, indicating that all three emulsified devices can prepare fine emulsion with good dispersion. In addition, in the distribution map of droplet size, there are small peaks around 10 nm and 500 nm, which may be caused by the concentration of droplets during dilution.
