Soil microorganisms, as an essential part of soil decomposition system, play an important role in the formation of soil structure, they carry out oxidation, ammonia, nitrification, vulcanization and nitrogen fixation processes in the soil, promote the decomposition of soil organic matter and the conversion of nutrients, so that the soil energy flow and nutrient circulation is more fully (Zhang Hanbo, 2003). Because the change of soil microenvironment can significantly affect the change of soil microorganism, the composition of soil community can change rapidly with the change of soil ecological mechanism and environmental stress. As an important agricultural management measure, fertilization plays a decisive role in the difference of soil physical and chemical properties, and different fertilization measures cause changes in soil organic matter stability by affecting the basic physical and chemical properties of soil and nutrient content, which in turn affects the changes in the structure of soil microbial community and biological activity of microorganisms using this organic matter.
