2/23 JCET’s IQA feedback Infineon’s ZA032320 batch of 3 samples sampled have bump folds abnormal, the whole batch of full inspection found that 01-07# is normal, 08-25# has bump folds; 2/24 to JECT for confirmation After checking the actual product, it was found that the entire wafer in the feedback abnormal piece had abnormal bump folds.
