摘要：目的 探讨品管圈活动对改进互联网+“317护”APP健康教育护理

OBJECTIVE: To investigate QCC to improve Internet + "317 care" APP affect the quality of care in health education. Methods January 2018 to September 2018 at the undergraduate hospital and met the inclusion criteria of 410 parents of children with human subjects, the 2018 1-- parents of hospitalized children in March to 196 people in the control group (QCC ago ), 2018 7-- after parents of hospitalized children in September and 214 observation group (Quality Control circle), two sets of parents of children were implemented 317 health care education, the observation group to carry out quality control circles on this basis, set up a "quality control circle" activities of the group, establish activity problems, the status of the investigation, cause analysis, set goals, develop and implement countermeasures, comparing before and after the implementation of quality control circles parents of children with health education to improve the quality of care and the effect of health education satisfaction. Results QCC implementation of health education for parents of children with the knowledge to master the former is higher than before the implementation (P <0.05), the degree of concern than micro-channel platform implementation, satisfaction with health care education is higher than before (P <0.05) implementation. Conclusion QCC to effectively enhance the quality of Internet health education and care for families of children with satisfaction, and promote continuous improvement of quality of care, while also improving the overall level of nurses, worthy of clinical application. <br>Key words: quality control circle; "317 care"; pediatric ward; health education; quality of care

Abstract: Objective To explore the impact of the activity of the pipe ring on improving the quality of health education and care in the Internet and "317 care" APP. Objective to explore the effect of quality control circle activities on improving the quality of health education in APP + 317 nurses. Methods 410 parents of children who were hospitalized in the undergraduate course from January 2018 to September 2018 and met the inclusion criteria were selected as the study objects. 196 parents of children hospitalized from January to March 2018 were set as the control group (before the quality control circle), 214 parents of children hospitalized from July to September 2018 were set as the observation group (after the quality control circle). Results after the implementation of the quality control circle, the parents' knowledge of health education was higher than before (P < 0.05), the wechat platform was higher than before, and the satisfaction of nursing health education was higher than before (P < 0.05).
