I do not feel that the factory should be responsible for 100% liability, since elapsed time has only increased severity of mold. If matter was communicated properly back in August, the PO could have been repaired. Therefore, the factory would only be charged back b-grade value but warehouse will destroy the units. I do not have the official inspection report.. However, within the recent email notification I received was the the original email trail between Omeka and a QA employee noting inspection findings, see below screen shot.
