Abstract: Loader is a kind of road construction machinery, widely used in road, railway, port and other earth and stone construction excavation operations, dozering operations, crushing operations, as well as warehouse and logistics park cargo loading and unloading operations, transportation operations. With the continuous development of mechanical engineering technology, the continuous improvement of the production process, the performance of loaders also have higher requirements. The rear suspension mechanism of the loader is an important mechanism for the expansion of the loader function, which can connect a variety of implements and has the related functions of hydraulic power output. When other mechanical structures are installed, the loader is connected by three-point suspension. Here we design the loader with a three-point rear suspension to fully meet the operator's use needs and improve work efficiency. The three-point suspension system is a special method for fixing the implement. A suspension hook is an additional device located between a three-point suspension device and a implement that can be hooked and separated in the driver's seat. Due to the special structure and function of the suspension hook, the length of the lever should be indicated in the relevant standards to be variable. According to the structural data of the loader, the simulation experiment is established, the suspension mechanism parameters are optimized, the work stability and the smoothness of the appliance are improved, and the working performance of the suspension mechanism is improved.<br>Keywords: loader rear suspension, three-point suspension method, simulation experiment, parameter optimization
