With the rapid development of science and technology in the world, as well as the optimization of various hardware facilities and the proposed model algorithm simulation, signal processing and analysis has entered a new era. As a new technology, radar signal has been widely used in the automotive industry. Recently, it has developed rapidly and achieved good results. Especially millimeter wave radar signal has important research significance and value. Compared with the traditional radar signal, millimeter wave radar has the advantages of low cost, accurate speed measurement, high resolution, wide frequency band, strong anti-jamming ability and so on. It is widely used in many driving assistance systems. Firstly, the development trend of MMW vehicle borne radar is analyzed based on MATLAB<br>(1) Learn the basic principles of signal analysis.
