It was agreed and declared as follows: 1. The introduction to this agreement and its appendices are an integral part of it.2. Ms.Liu is obligated to assist Sangoal to design steel structures, make negotiation with clients, make shop drawings, and make assembling drawings for clients.3. Sangoal is obligated to financially compensate Ms.Liu for her activity in designing/negotiation with relevant companies and/or other relevant parties (hereby: fee for designing).4. A success is defined as signing an agreement by Sangoal and Ms.Liu.5. The fee for designing to Ms.Liu will be paid in full transparency of the information and accounts related to this agreements with companies and/or other parties, as stated below:a. The fee for designing is $ 1818.b. The fee will be paid after Sangoal receiving the client’s confirmation on the shop drawings that Ms.Liu will provide, and no later than 15 days.c. In case Sango will request Ms.Liu to provide technical assistance for clients during steel structures installation or assembling(hereby: service after sales).6. Disputes and/or interpretation of this agreement will be conducted in the defendant party only.7. Both parties declare that this agreement is clear and understood as is, and are obligated to fulfill its terms in good faith.
