On the effectiveness of questioning strategies, foreign scholars mainly focus on the standards and connotation. Nunan (1991) holds that the effective questions are those students can organize the answe r actively and therefore participate in the learning process actively. The effective questioning skill enable s students’ answer related to the questions, on the contrary, if the question causes a long time silence in the classroom, or only the best students can answer it, the question may has the problem (Ur, 2000). Marylou Dantonio and Paul C. Beisenherz (2006) holds that only by answering students' questions and organizing core questions and proper processing questions can we construct effective questions. The k ey problem of the teaching strategy is not only to ask questions, but also to understand the nature and function of the questions. Its focus is to construct the necessary individual thinking, and help teachers to plan effective questions.
