In this paper, based on the consideration of the water-gas interface conditions, the condensation rate model of the proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) is established to manage the water content of the gas diffusion layer. This model is also applied to a new type of flow field plate, which not only simulates fluid flow and convective coupling heat transfer under different conditions, but also the diffusion layer of liquid water migration and diffusion and the convection diffusion channel in the flow. Finally, a fuel cell test system was built and tested under different conditions. Compare with theoretical calculations.
