Party B confirms that it knows and promises to abide by various rules and regulations issued by Party A (including but not limited to wd-hr-2021001 attendance and leave management system (version C), management measures for unprovoked technology performance, management measures for unprovoked technology probation period and other rules and regulations);

Party B confirms that it knows and promises to abide by various rules and regulations promulgated by Party A (including but not limited to WD-HR-2021001 Attendance Leave Management System (Version C), Measures for the Management of Unjustified Technology Performance, Measures for the Management of Unjustified Technology Probation Period and other rules and regulations);
