Eating habits I am very tall and healthy. I have healthy eating habits. I have eggs,oranges and milk for breakfast. I think eggs and milk are good for my health. I like eating rice and carrots for lunch. Eating carrots is good for my eyes. For dinner, I like some vegetables . It`s important to eat vegetables. Because different vegetables can help our bodies in different ways. I like ice-cream and hamburgers ,too. But I don`t often eat them. I think they are not healthy and I don`t want to be fat. I eat well every day, so I am healthy and happy.
