Objective: To analyze the application value of PCNB (psoriasis biopsy) in the diagnosis of pulmonary occupant disease under CT guidance. Methods: The patients with pulmonary occupancy disease treated in our hospital from March 2017 to June 2019 were treated as research objects, and all patients were diagnosed with CT-guided PCNB surgery, and observed the success rate of first puncture and partbiotic success rate, diagnosis accuracy and complication incidence. Results: The success rate of 40 patients in this diagnosis was 87.50% (35 cases), 36 cases were clearly diagnosed, the success rate of the part-type biopsy was as high as 90.00%, of which the detection rate of malignant lesions was 88.24% (30 cases), and the detection rate of benign lesions was 100.00% (6 cases), The adverse reaction rate in this group was 12.5% (the success rate of 40 patients diagnosed in this diagnosis was 87.5% (35 cases), 36 cases were clearly diagnosed, the success rate of the typed biopsy was as high as 90.00%, of which the detection rate of malignant lesions was 88.24% (4 cases of lung squamous cancer, 5 cases of lung adenocarcinoma, 6 cases of rectal cancer, 35 cases), the success rate of the typed biopsy was as high as 90.00%. 10 cases of lung small cell carcinoma, large cell undifferentiated cancer 5 cases), benign lesions detection rate of 100.00% (check edgy abscess 2 cases, tuberculosis ball 3 cases, dust lung 1 case), the group adverse reaction rate of 12.5% (including gas chest 2 cases, needle bleeding 1 case, lung compression 1 case, air thrombosis 1 case). Conclusion: Using CT to guide PCNB to diagnose non-occupancy lesions can significantly improve the success rate and diagnostic accuracy of materials, and effectively reduce the occurrence of complications.
