Abstract: the perturbation of operating temperature parameters of proton exchange membrane fuel cell stack (PEMFC) will have an important impact on the life and performance of PEMFC, but this plate has the characteristics of hysteresis, time-varying, nonlinear and uncertainty, which will affect the service life and power generation of the system, so it is not easy to establish an accurate mathematical model. In this paper, based on the previous research, the fuzzy PID algorithm is used to control the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of the reactor water cycle by controlling the cooling water flow. Through fuzzy PID controller and PLC application system, a new fuel cell test platform is designed, which can better grasp the temperature characteristics of fuel cell and analyze it.<br>
