Abstract: The perturbation of the operating temperature parameters of the proton exchange membrane fuel cell reactor (PEMFC) will have an important impact on the life and performance of PEMFC, but this plate has the characteristics of hysterity, time change, nonlinearity and uncertainty, which will affect the life of the system and power generation. Therefore, it is not easy to build a precise mathematical model. Based on previous research, this paper uses the FUZZy control PID algorithm to control the flow of cooling water to control the temperature difference between the import and export of the reactor water cycle. A new fuel cell test platform is designed by fuzzy PID controller combined with PLC application system, aiming to better grasp and analyze the temperature characteristics of fuel cell.
