This paper focuses on the intelligent tracking car based on MCU control. MCU controls all the modules to work, coordinate with each other and realize the accurate identification of the route. Generally speaking, the tracking car is a comprehensive sensor, MCU, motor drive device to achieve automatic tracking and obstacle avoidance in different modes, as well as the technology of manual control of the car action. And the technology has been successfully applied in driverless, unmanned factory, logistics and other fields.<br>In this paper, a core function of the internal main body design of the black car is to use a STC89C52 single chip microcomputer. We choose stcrt5000 infrared laser reflective control switch module as a tracking control module inside the car to realize the infrared reflection sensor to automatically identify a black tracking path on the car road, The control module of infrared reflection sensor can collect the output signal of infrared reflection and convert the black digital signal received by the infrared reflector into a black or digital signal which can be automatically recognized by a motor driven by a single chip group of the '1 QA a' car; The DC drive motor module is through the network to find relevant information data for analysis, comprehensive consideration of many technical aspects. Finally, through the selection of a chip L298N, to form a DC double H bridge and control the DC drive motor. Finally, the software system is written in C language. The circuit structure of this design is simple, easy to realize, and has high reliability.<br>
