1. Refer to the weekly report study PA1 & PA2 efficiency and SMED time. Follow up PA1 SMED action. 2. Fishbone analysis for efficiency action follow up . ( need team continue list out the process effect issue and improve action ( list the owner for this action ) 3. VSM study ( will study the SMED process on next week ).4. Team (ME/Prod/PMC) brainstorming for SMT MDS and order / Demand / material issues. 5. Function teams talk to all for team action and status. 6. This project have already present to boss on last week and Edmund’s comment as below.a. If improve the efficiency and more idle SMT line will be a consider to transfer the other plant . b. Consider cost-saving actions after metrics improvement, Such as SMT arrange day shift and not night shift for operation cost saving ( night shift subsidy ) .
