本文以万达企业为例，分析跨国并购可能发生在具体场景中的财务风险，对其进行分析。本文主要分为六个部分首先对基础理论进行阐述其次对发展状况以及存在的问题进行阐述，用实证分析的方法将实证结果结合万达案例进行分析，阐述可能发生的风险例如本文主以并购前和并购中可能存在的风险进行着重描述，了解风险给出管理意见。通过万达并购AMC的案例分析防范的方法，分析存在的问题，将万达并购AMC的防范方法进行总结。
