People are paying more and more attention to thehealth of their diet. As a freshman, I don't think mydaily life and diet is healthy. Because of the intensestudy and more community activities, I usually eatsimple hamburgers, fried chicken, and drink someSprite and other high calorie, high sugar and greasyfood. So in the first semester of my freshman year,lwas worried about getting fat. For this reason, Ihave made a healthy diet plan. As the saying goes,breakfast should be good, lunch should be full, anddinner should be less. First of all, I should havebreakfast every day, which can be a glass of milk, anegg and a bread, and go to the canteen for lunch. Afterdinner, you can eat some fruit, and then you can havea light meal. Finally, I hope we can all have a healthyeating habit and a healthy body.
