BS with a minimum of 5 years experience or MS Degree in horticulture, agronomy, plant pathology, plant breeding, plant physiology or related disciplines.• Must have strong field agronomic background and experience conducting field agronomic research. Vegetables experience and working knowledge of crop protection will be a plus.• The candidate must be self-motivated, result- oriented, and possess good communication and team-working skills.• Good computer and data analysis and summarization skills (i.e. Microsoft Office/Excel/Outlook/Data analysis management). Good English skills.• Successfully work in a fast-paced changing environment• Desire for long term career advancement• Willingness to travel, drive and live/work in a rural environment
