In the process of classroom teaching, teachers should analyze the cases of physical education teaching according to the objective reality, so that students can understand how to guide the practice of the theory, and students can take the initiative to use SPSS software to carry out practical operation on the computer while mastering the theory. On the basis of this theory, a case study is made. Combined with actual cases, theories can be obtained and explained with half efforts, and a wide range of practical cases can be used to explain various statistical problems in actual sports science research, especially in sports scientific research papers. Negative teaching materials are adopted to make the concepts in the books from abstract to concrete, so that students can have a deeper understanding of the causes and solutions of mistakes, give play to their subjective initiative, and avoid the recurrence of such mistakes.
