With the deepening and development of the basic education reform process, people pay more and more attention to the role of preschool teachers in the basic education reform, and pay more attention to the growth and professional development of preschool teachers. As an important part of preschool teachers, research-oriented preschool teachers have high quality and can better adapt to the development and changes of the times and education reform. Research type preschool teachers can not only promote the vigorous growth of preschool teachers in an all-round way, but also play a vital role in improving the quality of preschool teachers and early childhood education. On this basis, how to define the concept and characteristics of research-oriented preschool teachers, and how to cultivate research-oriented preschool teachers are the problems to be solved in the process of preschool education reform. The research on Research-oriented preschool teachers is not only to explore the characteristics of research-oriented preschool teachers, but also the requirements of education reform for Research-oriented preschool teachers. In this study, Hanshan Normal University preschool education undergraduate normal students (part) and Foshan Shunde Desheng kindergarten teachers (part) as the research object, mainly using the interview method and observation method, analyze and summarize the characteristics of research-oriented preschool teachers and their performance in practice.
