Objective: To observe the effects of injections on newborn respiratory distress syndrome (Neonatal respiratory syndrome (NRDS) with bovine lung surfactants. Methods: 86 cases of NRDS were randomly divided into regular group and observation group from December 2018 to January 2020, each 43 cases, the conventional group was given the conventional intervention of joint high frequency oscillating ventilator treatment, and the observation group was treated with injection bovine lung surfactant on the basis of the regular group. Two sets of CO2 sub-pressure (Partial Pressure of Carbon Dioxide, PaCO2), AcidNess (Pondus Hydrogenii, PH), and Oxygen Divide (Partial Pressure of Oxygen, PaO2) were compared with three blood gas analysis indicators and clinical efficacy. Results: Before treatment, the difference between the two groups of blood gas analysis was not statistically significant (P.05), after treatment, both groups of PaCO2, PH increased significantly, PaCO2 both decreased significantly (both P 0.05), and the difference between groups was statistically significant (both P 0.05). Conclusion: Injection of bovine lung surfactant can significantly improve the blood gas condition of NRDS children, the therapeutic effect is significant.
