四、缺陷定义：<br>1、致命缺陷：对使用该产品的个人存在潜在危害或对安全使用存在威胁，又或者其违背了强制性<br> 法规；<br>2、重缺陷：减弱了产品的可用性从而导致产品无法使用，或是影响产品销售的明显表面缺陷；<br>3、轻缺陷：不会对产品的正常使用造成影响，然而不符合制定工艺标准的缺陷。<br>备注1： 所有不会对使用者个人存在潜在或安全使用危害，也不会减弱产品性能的外观缺陷，一般<br> 只判定为轻缺陷。<br>备注2： 经双方协定，外观件有封样的以封样为标准。<br><br>五、抽样方式及可接受质量水平(AQL)：<br>产品出厂检验采用等同ISO 2859-1:1999(GB/T 2828.1-2003)中的正常一次抽样方案；整机抽检按普通检查水平level I，客户验货按普通检查水平level II；<br>可接受质量水平(AQL)分为如下三种：<br>致命缺陷(Critical)：0<br>重缺陷(Major)：1.5<br>轻缺陷(Minor)：4.0
