With the continuous development of civil aviation transportation industry, more and more passengers choose aircraft as the preferred means of travel. The cabin is the main place for passengers to fly, the narrow cabin, there are passengers from all walks of life, their background, education level and so on are different. Flight attendants are the main service personnel in the cabin, they should have good communication skills, in order to establish a good relationship with passengers in the cabin, to create a good cabin environment.
