If Party B needs to apply for overtime work during the working period of the employing unit and is approved by the relevant person in charge of the employing unit, it shall be deemed as overtime work, and if it is not approved, it shall be deemed as extending the working time by itself, and it shall not be deemed as overtime work.<br>
