本研究针对斑鳜苗种培育、鱼种养殖和成鱼养殖3个阶段开展了相应的生态养殖试验,包括苗种培育试验、人工饲料驯化及投喂试验、不同放养密度培育斑鳜大规格鱼种试验、空心菜浮床对斑鳜大规格鱼种培育效果试验以及斑鳜成鱼生态混养试验,另外对2016年项目执行以来斑鳜苗种培育及养成过程中常见的病害及防治方法进行了总结。苗种培育阶段的试验结果显示,6872尾初孵仔鱼经过20d的培育,共收获体全长2.5 cm的斑鳜鱼苗5143尾,培育成活率为74.83%。人工饲料驯化及投喂试验结果显示,体全长3cm的斑鳜鱼苗放养密度分别为333尾/m2和500尾/m2时,驯食成功率分别为70.2%和65.5%;体全长5cm的斑鳜鱼苗放养密度分别为250尾/m2和375尾/m2时,驯食成功率分别为86.2%和83.3%。不同放养密度培育斑鳜大规格鱼种试验结果显示,50尾/m3和100尾/m3两个密度组的存活率最高,均达到100.0%;300尾/m3密度组最低,为89.0%;50尾/m3密度组的增重率和特定生长率均最高,分别为490.57%和1.97%,300尾/m3密度组最低,分别为303.77%和1.55%。空心菜浮床对斑鳜大规格鱼种培育效果试验结果显示,空心菜浮床能够有效降低水体NH4+-N、NO2--N的含量,随栽培面积的增加,净化效果更加明显;对斑鳜的生长速度也有一定程度的提高,但效果不显著。斑鳜成鱼生态混养试验结果显示,以斑鳜作为主养品种,搭配鲢鱼、鱅鱼和草鱼的生态养殖模式取得了较好的养殖效果。亩产达到596.3kg,其中斑鳜总产量350.5kg,鲢鱼、鱅鱼和草鱼总产量达到245.8kg,成活率95.22%,抽检规格大于300g/尾,达到上市规格。
