Results: 1. There was no significant difference in the negative emotion regulation expectation of female college students in grade, whether they were normal students, whether they were trained in orientation, but there was significant difference in the dimension of whether they care about the epidemic (t = 4.14, P < 0.05); 2. There was significant difference in the emotional resilience of female college students in major events in grade dimension (F = 4.387, P < 0.05). 3. Female college students with different emotional resilience have extremely significant differences in the prediction of negative emotional regulation. Conclusion: women with high emotional resilience have high expectations of negative emotional regulation, which can regulate emotional beliefs to cope with life stress events.<br>
