In order to make the research more rigorous and more accurate, the author intends to select two classes (60 students in total) of English Major normal students Guangdong University of Petrochemical technology as the research objects. The experimental group adopted micro-teaching mode, while the control group adopted traditional teaching mode. This can reflect the experimental results more real. The two groups are required to write out the teaching plan and use the teaching skills to carry out the the middle school class, including speaking, lecturing and reviewing, with a time of ten class hours. Students from non-English majors are selected as the subjects. Results were assessed according to the instructor's assessment and teaching skills to the normal students
