很荣幸有这个面试的机会。首先让我自我介绍一下。<br>我叫嵇光华，今年32岁，来自江苏省，2013年7月毕业于辽宁交通高等专科学校。后来我自己参加自学考核，在2016年获得东北大学本科证，专业是工业工程。<br>我从2013年就开始工作至今有9年的工作经验。首先我的第一份工作是从2013年到2018年分别在苏州恒达电梯电器有限公司和苏州迪吉多电子厂担任工业工程师，主要负责标准工时的制定与维护，协助生产线改善，线平衡优化等等。我最近的一份工作是从2018年至今在美的洗衣机事业部无锡工厂担任生产计划，主要负责对排产物料，异常信息的跟进和落实，以及对前工序物料的跟进。监督总装每日工单完成情况及各工单是否齐套，做好和业务，采购的横向联系，确保生产所需的资源无任何异常。定期召开生产会议，分析问题，提出解决问题的措施。<br>在美的这段时间，自己学会拉通全流程价值链人员配合生产，熟练运用SAP,MES,ERP等系统，自己还会参加散件E2E项目以及精益改善项目来获得绿带<br>以上就是我的个人情况和工作经历，我在业余时间也有很多兴趣爱好。我喜欢和同事们在一起讨论问题

First of all, from 2013 to 2018, I worked as an industrial engineer in Suzhou Hengda elevator Appliance Co., Ltd. and Suzhou Dijiduo electronics factory, mainly responsible for the formulation and maintenance of standard working hours, assisting in the improvement of production line, line balance optimization, etc. My most recent job is as a production planner in Wuxi factory of Midea washing machine business department from 2018 to now, mainly responsible for the follow-up and implementation of production scheduling materials, abnormal information and previous process materials. Supervise the completion of daily work orders of general assembly and whether each work order is complete, make horizontal contact with business and procurement, and ensure that there are no abnormalities in the resources required for production.
