Objective: To explore the effects of early care on blood sugar and pregnancy outcomes in diabetic setype. Methods: 86 cases of gestational diabetes admitted from June 2017 to June 2019 were divided into intervention group (n-43) and regular group (n-43), the regular group used conventional method of nursing, the intervention group adopted early nursing intervention, compared the two groups of fasting and 2h blood glucose content after meal, and compared the two groups of pregnancy outcomes. Results: After treatment, the fasting blood glucose and post-meal 2h blood sugar content in the intervention group and the regular group were significantly lower than before the treatment (both P 0.05), and the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the regular group (average P 0.05), and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes (6.98 percent, 3/43) in the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the regular group (25.58 percent, 11/43), and P 0.05. Conclusion: Early care can effectively control the blood glucose level of diabetic sesame patients during pregnancy and reduce the occurrence of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
