Basic living conditions in poor areas have improved significantly. First of all, traffic roads in rural areas are all connected to cement roads, making it easier for ordinary people to travel. Secondly, the conditions for running schools with weak education in rural areas have been improved, and classrooms and hardware facilities for children to attend classes have been greatly improved. Finally, the reliability rate of rural power supply reached 99%, the broadband connection rate of poor villages in deep poverty areas reached 98%, and more than 9.6 million poor people solved their living difficulties through relocation. The long-standing and unsolved problems in poor areas, such as difficulty in getting around, using electricity, going to school, seeing a doctor and communicating, have been generally solved. Compulsory education, basic medical care and housing safety have been guaranteed.
