Cereals containing gluten (i.e. wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt, or hybridized strains) and products of these- Wheat and wheat products- Crustaceans and products of these (shrimp, etc.)- Mollusks and products of these (clams, etc.)- Fish and fish products (cod, salmon, etc.)- Eggs and egg products- Milk and milk products (including lactose)- Peanuts and products of these- Tree Nuts and nut products- Soybeans and products of these (includes soy lecithin and soy flour)- Sesame Seeds- Sulphites (Sulfites) in concentrations of 10 mg/kg or more
