DICP must arrange for BP to be provided with a Basic Engineering Package for the Electrolyzer Prototype, provided DICP has received the relevant payments under Article 6 required to be made by BP before the provision of the BEP. If BP has comments on the draft version of the BEP, it must provide those comments to DICP within 2 calendar weeks from delivery of that draft version of the BEP to BP. DICP will supply to BP a revised BEP within 2 calendar weeks. In case of any defect or omission in compliance with [[[Exhibit A]]] in the final issue of the BEP, BP must bring this to DICP’s attention by notice promptly, but in any event no later than 4 calendar weeks after the BEP is delivered to BP, and DICP will re-supply that part of the BEP to BP at no charge to BP within 2 calendar weeks.
