Application of new type ty-x5 hydraulic down the hole drill in our mine<br>Lai Qing Liu<br>(Heilongjiang Hegang 154106, Xinling coal mine)<br>The main production equipment of Xinling mine, gz-160 drilling rig, is a product of the 1950s and 1960s. The equipment is aging, low efficiency, high failure rate, high energy consumption, no dust abatement facilities, which can not meet the needs of open-air drilling footage, so it is imperative to upgrade the equipment.<br>The new type ty-x5 automatic unloading rod hydraulic drilling machine is equipped with a strong control operating system in the cab, with automatic unloading rod and clamping device. Through the hydraulic system, the walking, rotating, pushing, swinging and pitching of the automatic unloading rod, drilling arm and sliding frame as well as dust removal energy of the drilling machine are realized. The air compressor is used to supply the impactor with high efficiency, low energy consumption and high safety.<br>Key words: high air pressure dry dedusting for automatic unloading rod of hydraulic drilling machine<br>
