职责描述:• According to regional sales strategies,making city business development plans and ensuring business targets are met in accordance • Build and maintain good relationships with key customers and distributor partners• Manage regional distributors and key accounts, execute annual business plans and sales & marketing activities• Develop a distributor strategy that is consistent with channel and regional development and ensure its effective implementation in the region.• With agreed KPIs, managing dealers and key accounts to achieve annual business plans in line.• Drive the company's promotional activities and new product launch plans and ensure their effective implementation in the region.• Develop potential clients and meet business targets• Keeping an eye on market dynamics, collecting and tracking information on competing products.• To improve sales performance and team output through the effective use of sales systems, sales tools and sales operations methods.• Developing effective frontline sales shop visit routes, driving excellent terminal execution, ensuring that the company's marketing activity plans are effectively implemented, and enhancing product distribution coverage and visibility.• Train, coach and manage frontline sales staff to build a high performing sales team.任职要求:• University degree or above• Minimum 5 years working experience, give priority to people who have experiences in sales and channel management in food and FMCG industry.• Proactive, with excellent communication skills and interpersonal influence.• Excellent team management skills.• Strong resistance to pressure, strong teamwork
