The importance of teachers' teaching behavior in the process of education and teaching. In the teaching process, teachers' teaching behavior, as the guide, organizer and developer of activities, has a direct or indirect impact on the implementation of teaching activities, the completion of teaching objectives and the production of teaching effect. On the one hand, in the process of education and teaching, standardizing teaching behavior embodies the concepts of "taking students as the foundation", "attaching importance to students' mental health growth" and "respecting students' dignity". On the other hand, teachers' standardized teaching behavior is conducive to better organization and implementation of teaching, so as to realize the practice of "education promotes individual socialization and social individualization". This paper analyzes the influence of teachers' anomie behavior in kindergarten classroom management activities, finds out the causes of teachers' anomie behavior in kindergarten classroom management activities, and finally puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to adjust teachers' anomie behavior appropriately.
