In this project, the organization uniformity of TC17 alloy secondary disk forgings of a gas turbine is combined with the loss of flaw detection clutter, and the relationship between forging organization and flaw detection clutter and bottom wave loss is preliminarily grasped through experiments and data accumulation. By tightening raw materials and intermediate billet organization control, optimizing intermediate billet size structure, adjusting deformation rate and billet heating temperature, the product forming process is regulated and controlled, and the product organization is gradually improved, so as to achieve the purpose of uniform forging organization and lower noise bottom wave loss in nondestructive testing.
