2.4.1.6 Risk Acceptance ConceptThe Risk Evaluation and Acceptance Criterion shall be in accordance with para 7.4 of EN 50126-1:20172.4.2 Product Safety Phases and Deliverables2.4.2.1 Bid PhaseIn the bid phase if requested by BT the Supplier shall present their offer to BT with the documents detailed in the following sections. Any uncertainties, ambiguities and possible problems in respect to product safety requirements in the bid phase shall be brought to the attention of BT.2.4.2.1.1 Bid Safety PlanA Bid Safety Plan for the Goods to shall be based on the methodology of EN 50126-1:2017 and shall include, but not be limited to:A description of the roles and responsibilities for Safety Management within the Supplier’s organizationDefinition of scope of supply and overview description of the designProgram of activities and safety deliverable in line with the project timescale.Details of how the safety requirements shall be managed and verified, including methodologies to be employed.Details of how additional hazards shall be identified, managed and verifiedThe Supplier shall provide the Curriculum vitae of safety team and persons involved in the planning, management and application of RAMS techniques such as performance of the required safety activities and deliverable.
