The details of specific DBD reactor built to study the coupling between NTP and photocatalysis were reported elsewhere [21]. According to the reactor geometry, glass fiber material previously prepared can be inserted into the reactor and simultaneously submitted to the NTP and UV light (Philips UV lamp: TL 8 W/10 FAM; maximum light intensity output at 364 nm). The irradiance of the catalyst into the reactor was expected to be homogeneous and was measured as 41.1 W m-2. The NTP was obtained by submitting the electrodes to a sinusoidal high voltage ranging from 0 to 12 kV (peak to peak) at a 100 Hz frequency.
