The effect of rabeprazole triple therapy on peptic ulcer disease
Zhao Xinchen
, Department of Pharmacy, Tianjin Fourth Central Hospital, Tianjin 300140

Abstract: Objective: To

explore the effect of rabeprazole triple therapy on peptic gastric ulcer disease.

Methods:
80 patients with peptic ulcer disease admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into the omeprazole group (40 cases) and Rebe according to the computer random number table method Prazole group (40 cases).
The omeprazole group was treated with triple therapy, while the rabeprazole group was treated with triple therapy. The efficacy and safety of the two methods were analyzed.

Results: The

total effective rate of the rabeprazole group was higher than that of the omeprazole group, with a statistically significant difference (P 0.05). The clinical symptom score, serum interleukin-6, C-reactive protein, and tumor necrosis factor-α levels were lower than those in the omeprazole group, and there was a statistically significant difference (P 0.05).
There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups after treatment, and the difference was not statistically significant (P 0.05).

Conclusion:

Rabeprazole triple therapy is more effective than omeprazole triple therapy in the treatment of peptic ulcer disease, and the clinical symptom score, serum interleukin-6, C-reactive protein, and tumor necrosis factor-α level ratio Omeprazole triple therapy is lower. Therefore, rabeprazole triple therapy has a better effect on peptic ulcer disease.

Keywords: peptic ulcer disease; rabeprazole; omeprazole; triple therapy; safety
