The greater the depth of the scratch, the greater the height of the atomic build-up. After the scratch process, the damage volume change of the scratch is calculated as shown in Figure 11. It is found that the damage volume of the scratches increases with the particle size, first increases and then stabilizes. And the greater the depth of the scratch, the greater the damage volume of the scratch.
