本课题组前期研究发现小花清风藤叶70%乙醇提取物的正丁醇萃取部位对于RA大鼠的踝关节的消炎、消肿效果显著，为其有效部位。因此，本项目采用大孔吸附树脂、凝胶色谱等方法对正丁醇有效部位进行组分拆分；采用RA大鼠模型筛选有效组分，应用柱色谱法、1H-NMR、13C-NMR、HR-ESI-MS等方法，分离鉴定活性成分；

In the previous study of our group, it was found that the n-butanol extract of 70% ethanol extract from the leaves of hyacinth had significant anti-inflammatory and anti swelling effects on the ankle joint of RA rats. Therefore, the macroporous adsorption resin and gel chromatography were used to separate the effective fraction of n-butanol. The effective components were screened by RA rat model. The active components were separated and identified by column chromatography, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and HR-ESI-MS.<br>
