Unfortunately if there is no substantiated and correct technical or contractual argument from your side why we should not charge you the full claim, I cannot just give you a random discount on every claim. Simply because you feel it will be difficult to pass through your system approval. I have nothing to do with your approvals. I believe Ebusco has fairly proven this claim is rightful and has also followed all contractual terms for this claim to be valid. Therefore, please provide me either a good valid argument why 2700 is unfair to charge, or pay the outstanding amount.
