The Yunyan Temple complex in the Qing Dynasty was destroyed by a fire in 1860, and the Tiger Hill Pagoda is the only surviving building. Because people can see the Tiger Hill Pagoda from all directions, it becomes a symbol of Suzhou. <br>The construction of Yunyan Temple Pagoda was completed from the late five generations of AD 959 to 961 in the Northern Song Dynasty. After more than a thousand years of wind and rain, Yunyan Temple Pagoda has preserved the structure of the pagoda in the early Song Dynasty. The pagoda has exquisite brick tower construction skills, wooden tower roof eaves structure and seven-story octagonal tower, the tower is 47.5 meters high.
