关于保单信息我公司答复如下<br>1、救生圈灯QD10G 型号，反馈1只不亮<br>分析原因：救生圈灯内电池已耗完，不能发光。<br>我司救生圈灯或者其他灯具，在车间出库前均全检点亮，确保无质量问题后发出给客户；<br>救生圈灯正常的工作时间为2小时<br>如果电池耗完，是不会再发光的。<br>所以请转告船上，有可能是插销拔掉后，导致灯一只处于发光状态，没有相关人员发现及时关闭，或者连续使用超过2小时以上导致电池耗完，月检时查出无法发光的情况。<br><br>2、空气呼吸器备用气瓶显示：月检查时，发现气瓶无气，且安排充气后，瓶头阀漏气无法充装<br>分析原因：<br>气瓶瓶头阀内设有爆破片，在气瓶的压力超出爆破压力后，爆破片会自动爆破，起到安全保护的功能<br>在产品使用说明书内，有显示<br>※注意：因压缩空气的热胀冷缩作用，气瓶内的空气压力会随温度 的变化而变化。温度过低出现压力不足或温度过高出现压力偏高均 属正常现象。<br> 常温 20℃时气瓶内的空气压力为 300bar，则温度与压 力对应关系见表<br><br>若保单中反馈的气瓶单独存放在在温度较高的处所，则会产生瓶头阀内的爆破片自动爆破的问题，在后续的操作中会导致无法充气的情况<br>故请船上特别注意存放处所的环境温度。<br>附件为气瓶的放气和充气操作简易图示请查阅。<br><br>解决方案如下：<br><br>为了船舶查验，考虑到与贵司长期友好合作关系，我司可先提供救生圈灯1只和1只瓶头阀予以更换，考虑到国际运输及通关的诸多不便。<br>建议更换现有可更换电池的HYQD20型号的救生圈灯，便于国际邮寄<br><br>如有疑问，请及时联系！
